HAPPY HOLIDAYS! How can you relax during the rush????

I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday! I hope that it doesn't make you too crazy and you take some time out for yourself. I'm asking for posts that give ideas for relaxing during the holiday rush.....what little or big things can you recommend for people to take a quick breather?
